They've developed a superior mindset that enables them to achieve their goals inspite of overwhelming obstacles, and the best part is, it's 100% learnable. You don't have to be born with this mindset. You can consciously cultivate it.

Week 3 - Mindset (Part 2)

Cultivating The Success Mindset Will Be A Focus Throughout The Entire Course.This Week We Continue To Focus On Developing Core Topics Around Developing The Success Mindset. Specifically, We Discuss Grit, Resiliency. Response To Failure, Cultivating Hope, Being Mindful Of Allah And Much More. 

Week 4 - Purpose

Are visions just for organizations or companies? Definitely not. It's for anyone who wants to take charge of where they end up. It's for anyone who wants to create a compelling future that enables them to leave behind a powerful legacy. If you don't care where you end up, then asking for directions is useless. That's why we're going to spend time exploring and clarifying your life vision so you can start working towards it today. 

Week 5 - Goal-Setting

Why do we set goals in the first place? It's quite simple actually. We set goals to understand how to act today. To understand how to act and behave in the present so that we can attain both our short-term and long-term goals. Goals propel us forward, focus our energy, and provide motivation. How many times have you set goals but not been able to follow through? That's exactly what we will be focusing on. ​

Week 6 - Habit Formation & Willpower

Habits are are automatic routines that if used appropriately, free up our time and thinking space for higher level activities. We are what we repeatedly do. That's why we're going to be talking about how to break bad habits and form good habits that serve our vision and purpose. 

Week 7 - Time Management

Do you feel like there's never enough time? Between school, maybe work, family commitments, hanging out with friends, checking IG, and some other extra-curricular activities, there's not a lot of time left over right? But what if you could effectively and efficiently manage your time while excelling at school and having time to enjoy other activities? That's not a magical myth. It can exist and I'll teach you how.

Week 8 - The Art And Science of Learning

We're going to learn how to learn? Yes, exactly! We're going to learn about memory and brain performance and how to optimize learning. We will discuss approach to quizzes and assignments and exams so that you can improve your performance while keeping anxiety levels low. 

Week 9 - Organization

We discuss how to organize your surroundings and your life in general so that your level of productivity is not negatively impacted. We will put processes in place so that your time frees up for more important tasks. 

Week 10 - Self-Care

Burnout is real. You can't run on empty. We will talk about how to incorporate healthy self-care habits to ensure that we are taking care of ourselves. We will be discussing coping behaviours and the importance of avoiding negative coping behaviours. 

Week 11 - Self-Esteem

Did you know emotional regulation (the ability to control your emotions) has actually been linked with higher academic success? And that healthy self-esteem is protective against mental health disorders. You'd think it sounds pretty obvious but there's actually been a lot of research on this topic. We're going to talk about strategies for experiencing better mental health and self-regulation, which is going to help you in all areas of your life. ​

Week 12 - Friends And Belongingness

We are social beings. There is tremendous research on how loneliness has devastating negative impacts on health. All of us want a place where we belong. However, how do we achieve that without compromising our beliefs and values? How do we surround ourselves with strong, positive individuals and have fulfilling personal relationships? This is what we will be discussing in this module.
